RACERSHIP United Foundation (RUF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to amplifying access pathways to motorsports through community, mentorship, and education. We believe fair opportunity empowers people to do more, believe in their abilities, build confidence, and pursue meaningful success.

Motorsports is one of the most powerful platforms in the world — blending innovation, teamwork, engineering, media, and culture. Yet for many people, meaningful entry into the industry remains out of reach.

We believe opportunity should not be limited by background, geography, or financial barriers. By creating access points into motorsports-related careers and experiences, we aim to empower individuals to explore their potential, build confidence, and develop real-world skills.

  • RACERSHIP United Foundation focuses on programs and initiatives that provide:

    • Educational opportunities related to motorsports, media, engineering, and business with RACERSHIP Academy

    • Career exposure through events, workshops, and industry access

    • Community engagement that introduces motorsports to new audiences

    • Mentorship and guidance from professionals within the industry as well as introducing all professionals to involve their services to motorsports

    • Experiential learning through hands-on participation and events

    Our programs are designed to support individuals at various stages — from early exposure to career exploration and skill development.
