With nearly 20 years in the racing industry, I began my career under the mentorship of numerous racing professionals, whose brilliance and tenacity shaped my path. I’ve worked in race and trade show event production, motorsports publishing, marketing, sales, and across the business side of racing, building relationships with racers, industry experts, and brands. Along the way, I’ve learned firsthand how critical community is to growth—both personally and professionally—and without the mentors and connections I found, I wouldn’t be where I am today, and RACERSHIP wouldn’t exist. My journey has fueled an obsession with learning every angle of the performance and racing industry, creating opportunities, preserving the culture of racing, and now launching RACERSHIP to give the next generation the tools I wish I had. You don’t have to be a racer to be part of this community—you just need the passion to keep it thriving and the audacity to never give up.
