App Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

This page explains RACERSHIP’s policy and procedures related to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content and behavior. This policy is publicly available to meet platform policy requirements.

1. Our commitment

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content, behavior, or material that sexualizes or exploits children. We are committed to keeping our platform safe for everyone and will take immediate action when any CSAE concerns are identified.

2. What we prohibit

- Any sexual content involving minors (any person under the age of 18).

- Any images, videos, text, or links that facilitate the sexual exploitation of children.

- Any recruitment, grooming, or attempts to arrange in-person meetings with minors for sexual purposes.

- Any attempts to buy, sell, trade, or distribute sexual content involving minors.

3. Detection & prevention

We use a combination of automated tools and human review to detect, remove, and prevent CSAE material. Measures include:

- Automated scanning of uploaded media and attachments for known illegal content hashes and suspicious patterns.

- User reporting flows that escalate suspected CSAE content to our moderation team.

- Rate-limits, content filters, and account actions for high-risk activity patterns.

4. Reporting & response

If you see content or behavior that may involve CSAE, please report it immediately. We prioritize CSAE reports and will take the following steps:

- Immediate content removal or restriction pending investigation.

- Temporary or permanent suspension of accounts involved.

- Preservation of evidence and timely reporting to law enforcement when required by law.

5. Cooperation with authorities

We cooperate fully with law enforcement and will comply with lawful requests for user data and preserved evidence. When required by law, we will disclose account and content information to assist criminal investigations.

6. User safety & prevention

We encourage safe use practices and provide resources to help users understand safe interactions online. We also limit features where minors could be put at risk and apply protections to reduce exposure to unmoderated content.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

- Immediate removal of content.

- Account suspension or termination.

- Reporting to law enforcement and relevant authorities.
