What is Racership?
Racership is a motorsports app that connects grassroots racers and their families with brands, mentors and the wider racing community. Racers get a sponsor-ready profile and a Racership Score. Brands get a matching tool, a scoring dashboard and marketing support. Community members get a place to network, mentor and find opportunities.
How do I get the app?
Everyone downloads the same free app on the App Store or Google Play, then picks their profile type.
What does it cost?
- Racers: 7-day free trial, code RACERSHIP30 adds 30 more days free, then $5/month. Cancel anytime.
- Brands: first month free, then $99/month or $950/year paid up front. See brand plans.
- Community: from $2.50/month ($30/year). Industry Insiders, including mentors, are $25/month.
How does matching work?
Matches are based on profile details, goals and the filters you choose, like location, discipline, industry and budget. Matches keep updating as new members join and as you refine your profile.
Can I make sponsorship deals outside the app?
No. Sponsorship conversations and payments must happen inside the Racership platform. Taking deals outside the app can lead to restricted features, loss of account status or removal.
Is Racership safe for young racers?
Yes. Every member signs a waiver, and minors take part with a parent or guardian involved.
Is there a newsletter?
Yes. The Racership Debrief goes out twice a month with racer news, opportunities and partner offers. Ask to be added.
Racers
What is the Racership Score?
A 0–100 measure of how sponsor-ready your racer's profile is. It's built from three pillars: Career (40 points), Brand Fit (35 points) and Profile (25 points). It isn't a ranking of how fast you are, so a strong profile can score well at any level.
What do the tiers mean?
Where does my score come from?
Your profile and intake form (racing history, results, events and bio), your Instagram engagement and a review by the Racership team. We use Instagram for engagement because it's the platform brands ask about most, and one platform keeps scoring consistent.
How do I raise my score?
Follow the guidance in your report. Completing your profile helps most: add your sponsor deck, highlights, race stats and bio. Posting consistently and tagging your sponsors helps too.
Will my score change?
Yes. It grows as your profile, results and audience grow. You can request an updated Score Report for a small fee.
Can I share my Score Report with sponsors?
Yes. Your strengths and brand fit make a great starting point for a pitch to the shop, dealership or business down the road.
Is a sponsor guaranteed?
No. Racership doesn't promise a sponsor. We give your racer a sponsor-ready profile and put it in front of the brands we invite onto the app.
Can brands find me if I don't reach out first?
Yes. Brands search by discipline, location, audience, goals and keywords, and they see racer scores in their dashboard. A complete, active profile is easier to find.
How do I book time with a mentor?
Use the scheduling tool on the mentor's profile in the app to pick and confirm a time.
Is Racership just for networking?
It's more than that. It's a place to get comfortable posting, make friends with other racers and families who chose to be here, and learn through Racer Rooms in Racership Academy. See everything racers get.
Brands
Why partner with grassroots racers?
Grassroots racers reach loyal local communities and enthusiast families at a fraction of the cost of pro-level sponsorships. Parents are highly involved, and those relationships last for seasons.
What do I get as a brand member?
- A brand profile and posts in the app feed
- The matching tool to find, follow and message racers directly
- Preferred partner placement on racership.com
- Your Racership Scoring Intelligence Dashboard
- Marketing support to plan and run campaigns with your racers
Why is the first month free?
Because we want to prove it to you. We set up your dashboard, show you the roster and help you launch, so you can see the value before you pay. Then it's $99/month, or $950/year paid up front.
What is the Scoring Intelligence Dashboard?
A web dashboard built around your program. We tune it to what you want to see from your racers, help you track whether they're keeping up their end of the partnership, and let you discover new racers without leaving it. The app is for searching and matching. Until our full web app launches, your dashboard comes in web app format, and you choose where to keep your eyes on your program. See a demo.
Are Racer Score Reports included?
Yes. Racer Score reports and dashboard access are included for brand members through December 31, 2026. After that they become a paid add-on.
What add-ons are available?
- Directory listing in The Garage: $49/month per placement
- The Racership Debrief banner, sent 2x a month: $99/month
- Pinned feed post: $69/month for 1x, or $109/month for 2x
- Marketing bundle (directory + Debrief + pinned post): $179/month
- Racer Rooms in Racership Academy: $399 per room
Build your own plan on the brands page. 2026 app launch pricing, subject to change.
Do I have to commit to a big sponsorship?
No. Start with one racer, a product partnership or a directory listing, and grow from there.
Can Racership build a custom program for my brand?
Yes. For larger or multi-racer programs, we build a custom package. Email sales@racership.com.
Community & mentors
Who is a Racership community member?
Anyone who loves grassroots racing: fans, crew, students, track operators, officials, media, coaches and industry pros.
Where do mentors fit in?
Mentors are part of the Community profile and join at the Industry Insider level ($25/month). They share knowledge, coach racers and connect with brands.
What can I do on Racership?
Follow racers, keep up with results and news, connect with racers, teams and brands, browse The Garage directory, find internships and jobs, and join our free Discord.
How does following a racer help them?
Follows, likes, comments and shares grow a racer's engagement, which brands look at closely.
What racing disciplines are on Racership?
Sprint cars, midgets, quarter midgets, dirt track, drag, road racing, motocross, off-road, legends and bandoleros, SIM racing and more.
Can I become a racer on Racership later?
Yes. You can build a racer profile anytime, earn a score and get discovered.
