The Piece We're Building Next: Racership x MNRL x Y0LABS

A Racership Partnership Spotlight

August 24, 2026

There's a gap in motorsports that rarely gets talked about — the space between winning and being seen for it.

Professional teams employ photographers, videographers, social managers, and communications staff whose full-time job is telling the world what a driver did on Sunday. Below that tier — where most licensed competitors actually race — the driver is also the media department: shooting content between sessions, editing highlight reels in a hotel room, and assembling a sponsorship deck the night before a meeting. A racer can win consistently, carry a genuinely compelling story, and reach an engaged local audience — and still lose the sponsorship to someone who simply presented better.

That's the gap Racership is now closing with two new partners: MNRL, a brand and media consultancy, and Y0LABS, a venture studio applying real-time game-engine technology across entertainment, athlete performance, and live production.

Together, the three organizations are developing RacerOS™ — professional media infrastructure built for athletes, and scaled for organizations. It's storytelling, creative, and production capability, engineered directly into the Racership ecosystem.

Racership was built to solve the first half of the problem: putting racers, mentors, teams, and brands in the same place, and giving members the tools and education to prepare for sponsorship conversations. This partnership extends that work into what happens next — after the introduction is made, and into the first deal.

“RACERSHIP has always been about access — making sure a racer's opportunities aren't limited by who they already know,” said Heidi Bandisch, founder of Racership. “We built the network that gets people in the room. What our members tell us is that getting in the room isn't the whole job. You have to explain, quickly and well, why you're worth backing. That's the piece we're building next.”

RacerrOS™ is currently in private preview for partners, with broader availability to follow. Racership, MNRL, and Y0LABS describe this as the first stage of a longer program — with additional products, formats, and athlete initiatives to be announced as they're ready.

It's a partnership that treats media infrastructure the way professional teams already do: not as an afterthought, but as the difference between a great season and a funded one.
